6. Returns & Refunds

Returns and exchanges are accepted within 14 days of delivery, subject to our Return & Refund Policy.

  • Items must be unused, unworn, and in original packaging.

  • Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the item received is damaged or incorrect.

7. Warranty & Product Care

Our products are made from premium materials. However, damage caused by:

  • Misuse

  • Water exposure (where not specified)

  • Chemicals or perfumes

  • Improper storage or handling

is not covered under warranty.

Normal wear and tear is not considered a defect.

8. Cash on Delivery (COD)
